Step 4: Sign Building Contract and Deposit. If you like the final project proposal, we’ll prepare a contract detailing the project, collect deposit (just 25% of Project Value), and any other documentation that you may required. (References, Full Covered Insurance and others

Step 5: Schedule Your Construction Start Date Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll set a start date for your project, and you can embrace the excitement of seeing your ideas come to life!

Step 6: Regular Updates Previous the Construction Once scheduled on our construction calendar, we will notify you in the weeks leading up to the start date to keep you informed of the exact date, as it may change due to weather conditions, but we will always keep you updated.

Step 7: Show Time!. As your project gets underway, we understand the importance of meeting your needs and addressing any questions you may have throughout the construction process. We don't provide pricing based on square footage because our products are custom-made to fit each client’s unique needs. For very small projects, our starting price is $4,500. However, the final cost will depend on various factors, including the size of the project, design complexity, materials used, and any additional features you may want.
